Design:

At  9.1 mm thin the Surface Pro 3 is definitely thin and attractive and the "multiposition" kickstand makes it easier to use as both a laptop and tablet than its predecessors. Microsoft also claims the new Type Cover has been improved over previous ones.

Microsoft says that the new Surface Pen enables a more natural writing experience, and with a click, it can launch OneNote so you can quickly get to work when you need to, a feature that we previously saw in the Samsung Galaxy Note devices.

Windows 8.1 Pro

The Surface Pro 3 will run Windows 8.1 Pro, which enables users to run desktop applications. This also supports Microsoft's efforts to market the device as a laptop-replacement. There is no mention if Microsoft Office will be included, it has not been included in previous versions.

Business-Oriented:

This time, Microsoft has paid even more attention to business customers, which make up the majority of the company's users. In the announcement it read "our [Microsoft's] commitment to business has never been stronger". Microsoft also paid more attention to the little things like providing a Docking Station, and a Ethernet Adapter so professionals can simply duck the device in their office and get to work.

Microsoft also sighted some of the large companies that will adopt the Surface Pro 3 like BMW Group, The Coca-Cola Companies.

You can Pre-order yours starting tomorrow the 21st.
